D’Mario Marques Jenkins, 21, was booked last night at 9:11 p.m. on a deadly conduct charge. His bond was set at $25,000.

Lewisville PD Capt. Dan Rochelle said that police had obtained warrants for the arrest of the two men involved in the shootout Thursday morning.
James McField, 29, and D’Mario Jenkins, 21 are both being charged with deadly conduct, a third-degree felony.
As of Friday night, police had not taken either suspect into custody, and Rochelle encouraged them to turn themselves in to police. Anyone knowing their whereabouts is encouraged to call 911.
Two men got into a shootout early Thursday morning at Hebron 121 Station Apartments, injuring one of them. Radio traffic indicates police responded to the call about multiple gunshots at about 1:53 a.m.
LPD Capt. Dan Rochelle said police learned that two cars pulled into the complex, and the two subjects got out of the cars and began shooting at each other. Rochelle said that over a dozen shots were fired, some of which struck nearby apartments. Police collected numerous shell casings from the scene.
Rochelle said one of the shooters lives at the complex, and went to his residence. The other, who was struck in the hip by a round, left the scene and went back to his apartment on SH 121 Business.
The injured male was at some point taken to the hospital by private vehicle. Rochelle said medics were not called.
Police are still investigating the incident. Rochelle said the two had not cooperated with police.
No arrests have been made.
This makes the third shooting within Lewisville in the past two weeks.
