The popular “Sounds of Lewisville” concert series, a free family favorite since 1991, will present eight shows this year at Wayne Ferguson Plaza in the heart of historic Old Town Lewisville.
Concerts start at 7 p.m. every Tuesday night in June and July. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs for their comfort. Well-behaved pets on a leash are allowed at the shows. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The series kicks off June 6 with 4 Way Street, a Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young Tribute.
New performers in this year’s Sounds series include Dirty Little Freaks, a Pink Tribute (June13), Petty Theft, a Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers Tribute (July 4), Bidi Bidi Banda, a Tribute to Selena (July 18) and The Vinyl Stripes (July 11).
