Keep Lewisville Beautiful will hold a free Garden Secrets class, “Fall Vegetable Gardening,” 6 to 7 p.m. Sept. 6 at the MCL Grand, 100 N. Charles St in Lewisville.
Join KLB and Texas A&M’s Dotty Woodson to talk about vegetables. Attendees will learn proper soil preparation, garden layouts and disease and insect identification, as well as the proper planting times for getting the most production out of their favorite vegetables in the challenging climate of North Texas.
Keep Lewisville Beautiful is partnering with the City of Lewisville to provide classes throughout the year as an initiative of the Lewisville 2025 vision plan. The plan can be viewed at cityoflewisville.com/Lewisville2025.
