Lewisville welcomes Def Leggend – a Def Leppard tribute band – as the first of two shows in the new “Rocktober” concert series. This free concert will be 7-8 p.m. Oct. 13 at Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street.
Def Leggend is a Dallas-based band that touts itself as the most authentic Def Leppard tribute in the world. The band members have a combined 100 years of music experience.
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for their comfort during the concert. Glass bottles are strongly discouraged in Wayne Ferguson Plaza. Smoking or vaping is prohibited within 15 feet of the grass lawn during the concert and at all times in the splash pad. Attendees also are reminded there is no swimming or playing in the flowing water feature that runs along the north side of the Plaza. Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome. Owners are expected to clean up after their animals, and plastic bag dispensers are available on site. A Lean Machine food truck will be onsite selling food, along with Yogurt Zone Lewisville.
Chicago Tribute Authority is the second band slated for this music series. They will perform Oct. 27 in Wayne Ferguson Plaza.
