4 Way Street, a Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young tribute band, will kick off the 2017 Sounds of Lewisville concert series on Tuesday, June 6, in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street. The free concert starts at 7 p.m.
4 Way Street has managed to capture the music and feel of a Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young performance, from the softest ballads to the hardest rockers. 4 Way Street also covers all previous bands, including Buffalo Springfield, The Byrds, Manassas, Crazy Horse, and all solo projects by CSNY members.
The Sounds of Lewisville concert series has been entertaining families since 1991. Attendees can vote for the People’s Choice award by visiting the Wayne Ferguson Plaza Facebook page or by casting their vote on soundsoflewisville.com.
Attendees should note that glass bottles are strongly discouraged in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, and smoking/vaping is prohibited.
Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome; owners are expected to clean up after their animals, and plastic bag dispensers are available on site.
Wayne Ferguson Plaza is a 1.5-acre urban park that takes on a contemporary sweeping gesture using water to link east to west and unite Lewisville City Hall and MCL Grand. It features an elevated stage, a multi-level seating area, an interactive splash pad and a garden filled with swathes of native grasses and wildflowers. The plaza has received two national awards for urban design.
